Award an agreement to Los Angeles Truck Centers, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $49,407.28\nplus applicable sales tax and a 20% contingency, to provide Freightliner truck parts on an as-\nneeded basis for a one year period with up to four one-year optional renewals; and authorize the\nPurchasing Agent, or designee, to enter into and execute the agreement, any amendments, and\nany renewal options in accordance with Bid #9734.
