2) CONSIDERATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR FY 2022-23 RESIDENTIAL\nSTREETS REHABILITATION PROGRAM - PROJECT NO. 23014\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Approve a change order increasing the construction budget by $27,379.33 for the FY\n2022-23 Residential Streets Rehabilitation Program (Project No. 23014) due to\nunforeseen asphalt conditions encountered during construction; and\n2. Accept the work performed by Vance Corporation for the FY 2022-23 Residential\nStreets Rehabilitation Program (Project No. 23014) with a final contract amount of\n$3,430,166.33; and\n3. Authorize the recordation of Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County\nRecorder and the release of retention funds 35 days thereafter.\n4. Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-109 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR\nTHE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2023 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2024 (FY\n22-23 RESIDENTIAL STREETS REHABILITATION PROGRAM - PROJECT NO.\n23014)\nFINANCE DEPARTMENT
