APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 82763, A 2-UNIT CONDOMINIUM\nDEVELOPMENT PROJECT LOCATED AT 313 WEST NORWOOD PLACE\nThe development project located at 313 West Norwood Place is a 2-unit\ncondominium on a 10,018 square-foot-lot. Staff and RKA Consulting Group Inc.,\nthe City’s contract consultant for land surveying, have reviewed the Final Parcel\nMap and determined that it is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map\nAct, Conditions of Approval, and the City’s ordinances regarding subdivision.\nThere is no fiscal impact related to this item.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: The project has\nbeen reviewed for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) and is exempt from CEQA based on Section 15332, Class 32 exemption\n(In-Fill-Development).\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve Final Parcel Map No. 82763,\nauthorize its filing with the Los Angeles County Recorder and authorize the City\nManager to execute the Subdivision Agreement on behalf of the City.
