Lomita Local Hazard Mitigation Plan Update\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1) Accept grant funds from the FEMA Hazard Mitigation\nGrant Program to update the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan in the amount up to $72,680.85\nfor project costs and $3,622.80 for subrecipient grant management costs. Appropriate the\n10% required city match of up to $7,268.08 for the project costs; and 2) Approve a\nProfessional Services Agreement with Risk Management Professionals to provide\nconsultant services related to the preparation of a comprehensive Lomita Local Hazard\nMitigation Plan update for $50,247 plus a 10% contingency of $5,025, for a total of $55,272\nand authorize the City Manager to execute.
