4. 23-51347 Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City\nManager Department by $14,000, offset by the Seventh Council District One-Time\nDistrict Priority Funds, transferred from the Citywide Activities Department, to\nprovide support for the following:\n1. $500 to Community Partners for ÓRALE in support of their inaugural 3k\nLiberation Walk/Run which took place on November 11, 2023;\n2. $1,000 to Conservation Corps of Long Beach (CCLB);\n3. $2,500 to the African American Cultural Center of Long Beach (AACCLB) in\nsupport of their 2023 KWANZAA celebration;\n4. $10,000 to Historical Society of Long Beach (HSLB) in support of the Centro\nde la Raza: John A.
