CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL (CHP) – REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF\nTRAFFIC CONTROL PLANS FOR OPERATION JINGLE ALL THE WAY (POLICE\nSERVICES)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the traffic control plans prepared for the closure of several City streets in\nthe immediate vicinity of the California Highway Patrol located on Orr and Day\nRoad for the detouring of traffic for Operation Jingle all the Way to be held on\nSaturday, December 16, 2023.\nCOUNCIL COMMENTS/AB1234 COUNCIL CONFERENCE REPORTING\nCouncil member announcements; requests for future agenda items; conference/meetings\nreports. Members of the City Council will provide a brief report on meetings attended at the\nexpense of the local agency as required by Government Code Section 53232.3(d).
