14.j An Amendment to the Ground Lease between the City of Covina and the 191\nCovina Housing Authority for Property Owned by the City Located at the\nSoutheast Corner of the Combined Parcels of 601 E. San Bernardino Road and\n534 North Barranca Avenue\nStaff Recommendation:\nAuthorize the City Manager/Executive Director to execute an amendment to\nthe Ground Lease (“Lease”) between the City of Covina (“City”), as landlord,\nand the Covina Housing Authority (“Authority”), as tenant, in substantially the\nform attached as Attachment “B” with such changes therein as the City\nManager/Executive Director may approve, and all related documents, and to\ntake such actions as they deem necessary or proper to effectuate the purpose of\nthe Lease.
