10. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR GRANT FUNDS FOR\nOUTDOOR EQUITY GRANTS PROGRAM\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Adopt a Resolution approving the filing of an application for grant funds through the\nOutdoor Equity Grants Program;\nB. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any documents or agreements\nneeded to complete the application and implement the grant; and\nC.
