10. AUTHORIZATION TO PLACE A BALLOT MEASURE ON THE MARCH 5, 2024,\nGENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF TERMS A\nMEMBER OF THE HUNTINGTON PARK CITY COUNCIL MAY SERVE\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve the resolution calling for a General Municipal Election on March 5,\n2024; and\n2. Submit a measure to City Council to limit the number of terms a member of the\ncity council may serve upon approval by a majority vote of City residents; and\n3. Approve the resolution requesting the Board of Supervisors to consolidate the\nMunicipal Election with the Statewide Primary Election on March 5, 2024; and\n4. Authorize designated members to file written arguments for the General\nMunicipal Election on March 5, 2024; and
