1. Resolution No. 8523 to Participate in the Statewide Community Infrastructure Program\n(SCIP)\n(Mayor to declare meeting open as a public hearing)\na. Public hearing to consider Resolution No. 8523 authorizing the City to join the\nStatewide Community Infrastructure Program (SCIP); authorizing the California\nStatewide Communities Development Authority to accept applications from property\nowners, conduct special assessment proceedings and levy assessments and special\ntaxes and to form assessment districts and community facilities districts within the\nterritory of the City of Redlands; embodying a joint community facilities agreement\nsetting forth the terms and conditions of community facilities district financing;\napproving the form of the acquisition agreement when applicable; and authorizing\nrelated actions.\n(Management Services/Finance Director Garcia)
