Update and Memorandum of Understanding Regarding the Proposed\nGreenway Project to be Located Along the Western Side of Aviation\nBoulevard Where a Railroad Line Currently Exists\nRecommendation -\n1. Receive update presentation from the El Segundo Economic\nDevelopment Corporation ("ESEDC") regarding a proposed Regional\nAviation Boulevard Bikeway/Greenway Project, and associated funding\noptions.\n2. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between the City\nand ESEDC regarding City staff providing limited assistance in working\nwith ESEDC and the City potentially applying for grant funds, including\nfrom Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority ("Metro").\n3. Alternately, discuss and take other action related to this item.
