Amendments to Consultant/Professional Services Provider Agreements with Padilla\n& Associates, Inc. for Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) and Labor\nCompliance Services\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to Consultant/Professional Services Provider\nAgreement ESC20-071 in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00; and\n(2) Approve Amendment No. 2 to Consultant/Professional Services Provider\nAgreement ESC21-094 in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
