Award a contract in the amount of $1,284,000 to Hardy & Harper, Inc. as the lowest\nresponsible bidder for the Enterprise Street Rehabilitation Project – Aliso Viejo\nParkway to Aliso Creek Road;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Hardy & Harper, Inc.;\n4.
