20. REINSTATEMENT OF CONCEAL CARRY WEAPON PERMIT FEES AND ESTABLISHMENT\nOF RECURRING APPROPRIATION OF GENERAL FUND RESERVES FOR DIFFERENCE IN\nCOST FOR APPLICANT PSYCHOLOGICAL EXAM\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the recommended edits to the City’s Fee schedule and establishment of the following\nfees: $317.16 Conceal Carry Weapon (CCW) application fee, $35.00 CCW permit clerical fee,\n$150.00 CCW psychological evaluation fee, $20.00 CCW amendment fee.\n2. Approve an appropriation of $4,500 from General Fund Reserves to Special Department\nExpense Account 101-4010-4011-8020 for an estimated annual processing of 15 CCW\npermits within the City, in order to address the difference between cost and reimbursement of\napplicant psychological exams.
