8.k RESOLUTION 2023-104 APPROVING THE CITY’S FILING OF A COMMUNITY\nENHANCEMENT GRANT APPLICATION WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO FOR\nTRUNK OR TREAT, DIA DE LOS MUERTOS, DIA DE LOS NINOS, AND MOVIE NIGHT\nEVENTS (0390-82 & 0900-10)\nRecommendation:\nAdopt Resolution 2023-104 approving the City’s filing of an application for a $15,000\nCommunity Enhancement Grant from the County of San Diego for Trunk or Treat, Dia de los\nMuertos, Dia de los Niños, and Movie Night events; authorizing the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute an agreement between the City and County of San Diego and related\ndocuments for the grant; and appropriating any grant funds that may be received.
