SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT 2273-A WITH NATIONAL BUSINESS\nFURNITURE, LLC\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment with National Business\nFurniture, LLC, in a form approved by the City Attorney, to purchase office furniture for\nvarious city departments for an amount of $175,000; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
