ENDING THE EMPLOYMENT EMERGENCY FOR THE CITY OF MONTEREY PARK\nEFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 2023\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Receiving and filing this report;\n(2) Adopting a resolution terminating the employment emergency effective December 31,\n2023 and authorizing the City Manager to take all practical actions needed to finalize the\nrecruitment and retention of persons for employment; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
