4-A. A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF ZONE\nCHANGE NO. ZC-23-02 (“ZC-23-02”), AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP\nFOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE GENERAL PLAN, LAND\nUSE AND URBAN DESIGN ELEMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Opening a public hearing and taking testimonial and documentary evidence;\n(2) After closing the public hearing and considering the evidence submitted during that public\nhearing, introducing and waiving first reading of Ordinance No. _____ amending the\nzoning map for certain properties for consistency with the General Plan, Land Use and\nUrban Design Element; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
