AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT 2360-A WITH TOWNSEND PUBLIC AFFAIRS\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 2360-A with\nTownsend Public Affairs Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney; to provide legislative\nadvocacy and grant writing for an amount not to exceed $90,000; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
