CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES HIGH FREQUENCY\nCOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT PROGRAM – AWARD OF CONTRACT TO NVIS\nCOMMUNICATIONS, FOR THE PURCHASE OF HIGH FREQUENCY RADIOS\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Waiving bidding requirements pursuant to Monterey Park Municipal Code §3.20.050(2)\nand award the bid to NVIS Communications for the purchase of high frequency radios;\n(2) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement in a form approved by the City\nAttorney; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
