AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nALLIED UNIVERSAL FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional\nServices Agreement with Allied Universal ('Allied') of Santa Ana, California, to\nprovide janitorial services at City facilities for calendar year 2024 in the\namount of $356,215.44; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to\nmake any necessary, non-monetary changes to the amendment; and, 3)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the amendment.
