F. Accepting Grant Funds and Authorizing Execution of an Agreement with\nthe South Coast Air Quality Management District for the Seal Beach\nMicrotransit Service Pilot Program - That the City Council adopt Resolution\n7467: 1. Accepting an award of grant funds in the amount of $162,891 from\nSouth Coast Air Quality Management District for the Seal Beach Microtransit\nService Pilot Program; and, 2. Authorizing the City Manager, or her designee,\nto execute the Agreement with South Coast Air Quality Management District,\namendments and other related documents, and to take all such other actions,\nas may be required to secure the grant funds and implement the approved\ngrant under the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee\nMicrotransit Service Program Grant.
