11. NOTICE OF COMPLETION: WELL NO. 12 PUMP REPLACEMENT – F2M23-57,\nC2M23-56, M2M23-204\nOn July 24, 2023, the City Council awarded a contract to Tri County Pump Company for\nthe Well No. 12 Pump Replacement in the amount of $103.663.80. There were no change\norders authorized to complete the project. The project has been completed in accordance\nwith the City’s requirements and specifications. As such, it would be appropriate for the\nCity Council to accept the project as complete and instruct the City Clerk that the Notice\nof Completion be filed with the County of Los Angeles Recorder’s Office.\nRecommended Action: City Council accept the work of Tri County Pump Company.\nfor the Well No. 12 Pump Replacement as complete in the amount of $103,663.80; direct\nthe City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles for recordation;\ninstruct the Finance Director to release the five percent retention 35 days from the date of\nrecordation if no liens are filed, and, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize\nCouncil’s action.
