RESOLUTION ADOPTING MEASURE M2 EXPENDITURE REPORT FOR\nFISCAL YEAR 2022-23\nRecommendations:\n(1) Adopt the Resolution titled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, CONCERNING THE\nMEASURE M2 EXPENDITURE REPORT FOR THE CITY OF LAGUNA\nBEACH," approving the Orange County Measure M2 Transportation\nImprovement Tax Expenditure Report for Fiscal Year 2022-23, as certified by the\nDirector of Finance and Technology Services, subject to technical revisions in\nconformance with Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) guidelines;\nand\n(2) Authorize the Director of Finance and Technology Services to sign and submit\nthe report to OCTA.
