Solid Waste and Recycling Consulting Services - "State Diversion Compliance\nConsultant"\nRecommended Action: (1) Authorize the City Manager to execute two one-year contract\nextensions for a cumulative amount not to exceed $166,269 with EcoNomics, Inc. for "State\nDiversion Compliance Consultant Services," and (2) authorize the issuance of a purchase\norder to EcoNomics, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $81,906 for calendar year 2024 services.
