Approving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Alexander’s Contract Services, Inc. dated March 28, 2022,\nextending the term of the Agreement to December 31, 2023; and increasing\ncompensation by $28,800 for the additional services during the extension, for\nthe revised total not-to-exceed amount of $71,618.40, for the extended term;\nand, 2.
