13.i REALLOCATE $5,000 OF UNITE PALM DESERT SECURITY CAMERA 151\nGRANT FUNDS FOR A MISTER SYSTEM GRANT PROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Reallocate $5,000 of Unite Palm Desert Security Camera Grant\nProgram (UPDSC) funds to a mister system grant program that\ngrants up to $500 per commercial business/property owner to\npurchase and install misters at their location.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any and all documents\nrelated to a mister system grant program.
