APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING AGREEMENT FOR CITY\nATTORNEY SERVICES WITH OLIVAREZ MADRUGA LAW ORGANIZATION, LLP\nConsideration of approval of Second Amendment to the existing agreement for City Attorney\n6\nServices with Olivarez Madruga Law Organization, LLP.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Consider and approve the Second Amendment to the existing Agreement for City Attorney\nServices with Olivarez Madruga Law Organization, LLP, in accordance with Government\nCode Sections 53262, 54953(c)(3) and 54956(b); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to make nonmaterial changes and execute all implementing\ndocuments.
