4.12 Approval of a Consulting Services Agreement with Abtech Technologies,\nInc. for Information Technology Support Services.\nRecommendation: That the City Council: 1) Waive competitive formal bidding\nrequirements and procedures set forth in the City of Laguna Hills Municipal Code\n(LHMC) Section 3-08.090 with regard to approval of the proposed Consulting\nServices Agreement with Abtech Technologies, Inc., as it is hereby found and\ndetermined, pursuant to LHMC Section 3-08.110(K), that the recommended\ncontract is for Information Technology services; 2) Approve the proposed\nConsulting Services Agreement with Abtech Technologies, Inc. for Information\nTechnology support services for a three-year term in the total not to exceed\ncontract amount of $415,125.00; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe proposed Consulting Services Agreement with Abtech Technologies, Inc.
