6G. APPROVE REVISED BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS POLICY (ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY\nNO. IV-4-2)\nThe City’s Budget Adjustments Policy (Administrative Policy No. IV-4-2) was last\napproved on September 25, 2007, and neither incorporates modern best practices nor\nreflects the City’s current practices. The proposed policy has been updated to be\nconsistent with the authorizations approved by the City Council with the adoption of the\nCity’s annual operating and capital budget (Resolution No. 2023-19).\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. Successor Agency find that this item is not subject to California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(5) (Organizational or\nadministrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect\nphysical changes in the environment); and\n2. Approve the revised Budget Adjustments Policy (Administrative Policy No. IV-4-2)\n(Attachment A).\nDecember 12, 2023
