PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DUDEK FOR PREPARATION\nOF A CLIMATE ACTION AND ADAPTATION PLAN\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with DUDEK for the preparation of a Climate Action and Adaption Plan\nin an amount not to exceed $374,120.50; 2) Approve a budget amendment in\nthe amount of $374,120.50 from the City's undesignated General Fund\nbalance; 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any non-\nmonetary amendments to the agreement; and 4) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Clerk to execute the agreement.
