5H. AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nKNOWLAND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. FOR DSA REQUIRED IN-PLANT\nINSPECTION SERVICES\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional\nServices Agreement (PSA) No. 23-11 with Knowland Construction Services,\nInc. to perform additional Department of the State Architect (DSA) required\ninspection services for the Whitaker School Park Project in the amount of\n$29,400; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any\nnecessary, non-monetary changes to the amendment; 3) Authorize the City\nManager and City Clerk to execute the amendment; and, 4) Approve a\nreallocation from the approved construction contingency to construction\nengineering in the amount of $140,000.
