Making Certain Findings and Adopt Resolutions Approving an Energy\nServices Contract and Facility Financing Contract for an Energy Efficiency\nProject Required Under California Government Code Section 4217.10 ET\nSEQ, Authorizing an Energy Services Contract, and Authorizing the\nExecution and Delivery of a Lease Purchase Agreement, and Escrow\nAgreement and Equipment Schedule\nThe City Council will consider holding a Public Hearing regarding the\nproposed energy conservation facilities, energy services contract, and facility\nfinancing contract; Adopting the Resolution ("Findings & Energy Contract\nResolution") that will make the required findings under Government Code\nsection 4217.10, et seq. enabling the City to enter into an Installation\nAgreement with Alliance Building Solutions, Inc. and the Lease Purchase\nAgreement with Alliance Funding Solutions, Inc. to finance the acquisition and\ninstallation of the energy conservation facilities described in the Installation\nAgreement; and adopting the Resolution ("Lease Purchase Agreement\nResolution") authorizing the execution and delivery of a Lease Purchase\nAgreement, an Escrow Agreement and Equipment Schedule for the purposes\nof financing the energy conservation facilities described in the Installation\nAgreement.\nAttachments: Staff Report\nAgreement\nEnergy Services Cash Flow\nResolution - Energy Services Agreement & Findings)\nResolution - Lease-Purchase Agreement and Escrow Agreement\nCITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY REPORTS
