J. Accept Bid with vCloud Tech for Proofpoint Cybersecurity Software Licenses\nRecommended Action\nStaff Recommends that the City Council\n1. Award Bid #4471 to vCloud Tech to provide Proofpoint's Intelligent Classification and\nProtection, Enterprise Data Loss Prevention, and Web Security solutions, associated\nlicensing, and services as required by the Information Services Department;\n2.
