h) REPORT APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\n23-0725 AM-TEC TOTAL SECURITY INC. TO PROVIDE SECURITY CAMERA\nSERVICES\n(Police Chief Paul LeBaron)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Reappropriate $72,000 in the Grant Fund for State Homeland Security Program grant\nand add estimated revenue of $72,000 in the Grant Fund;\n2. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Am-Tec Total Security, Inc. to provide\nsecurity camera services for a one-year term ending December 12, 2024 at a\nnot-to-exceed amount of $53,382 (Attachment 3);\n3. Authorize City staff to establish a contingency of $18,618 with the remaining grant\nfunds for additional hardware as needed during installation and approve contract change\norders up to the amount of the approved contract contingency; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest to the proposed\nagreement, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
