i) REPORT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF $40,000 FROM\n23-0744 THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE\nCONTROL, ALCOHOL POLICING PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM\n(Police Chief Paul LeBaron)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt a resolution authorizing the acceptance of $40,000 from the California\nDepartment of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Alcohol Policing Partnership Program\n(Attachment 2);\n2. Add estimated revenue of $40,000 in the Grant Fund; and\n3. Appropriate $40,000 in the Grant Fund for operations to reduce alcohol-related\nincidents.
