B. Annual Reporting of Development Impact Fees and Adoption of Transportation Impact Fee Resolution\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Review and accept the FY 2022-23 Annual Reporting of Development Impact Fees per\nthe Mitigation Fee Act (Government Code 66000-66025) and the FY 2022-23 Child Care\nLinkage Fee Report per SMMC Chapter 9.65;\n2. Approve and adopt the proposed resolution making the necessary five-year findings for\nthe Transportation Impact Fee; and\n3.
