Introduce for first reading an Ordinance entitled “AN\nORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDORA, CALIFORNIA\nAMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF TITLE 20 (SUBDIVISIONS) AND TITLE 21\n(ZONING) OF THE GLENDORA MUNICIPAL CODE IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT\nVARIOUS HOUSING PRODUCTION ACTIONS FROM THE 6TH RHNA CYCLE (2021-\n2029) GENERAL PLAN HOUSING ELEMENT.” (PROJECT PLN23-0016); and 2. Direct the\npreparation of a summary of ordinance for publication pursuant to Govt Code 36933 and\nResolution CC 2018-40.
