Approve the FLOCK Group order form and the associated\nfive-year Master Services Agreement, for a cost of $78,500 annually, for a total amount of\n$392,500; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the FLOCK Group\norder form and the associated five-year Master Services Agreement including minimal and/or\nnon-substantive changes.
