CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-115,\nAPPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE JOINT USE AGREEMENT\nWITH THE VALLE LINDO SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR USE OF NEW\nTEMPLE PARK AND RESOLUTION NO. 23-116, APPROVING\nAMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE JOINT USE AGREEMENT WITH THE\nVALLE LINDO SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR USE OF DEAN L. SHIVELY\nPARK\nStaff is requesting the City Council's approval to enter into (2) five-year\nagreements for joint use of community recreation facilities between the\nCity of South El Monte and Valle Lindo School District for use of New\nTemple Park and Dean L. Shively Park.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-115, approving Amendment No. 2 entering into\na five-year agreement for joint use of community recreation facilities with\nthe Valle Lindo School District for New Temple Park;\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 23-116, approving Amendment No. 3 entering into\na five-year agreement for joint use of community recreation facilities with\nthe Valle Lindo School District for use of Dean L. Shively Park; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreements.\n4 of 7
