9. Award the Contract to EcoTech Services, Inc. for Executing Programs Performing Installation as\nPart of Water Conservation Project, in an Amount Not to Exceed $106,700\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Award a Professional Services Agreement for Water\nConservation Professional Services to EcoTech Services, Inc. in an amount of $97,000 with a\n10% contingency in the amount of $9,700 for a total amount not to exceed $106,700; and 2.\nAuthorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement including minimal and/or\nnon-substantive changes.
