To qualify for facility fee waivers for the use of city facilities, an\norganized sports team must meet the following conditions:\n• Team Non-profit status must have a South El Monte address\nregistered with the state\n• Team name must have the name South El Monte included\n• 25% of the players must be South El Monte residents\nRECOMMENDATION: Discuss and/or action.\n2.
