11. Purchase and Install New Playground Equipment for Finkbiner Park Playground Area in the\nAmount of $410,000\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve a purchase order to PS Commercial Play, LLC for\nnew playground equipment at Finkbiner Park in the amount of $208,604; 2. Approve an\namendment to the construction agreement with DD Systems for playground equipment\ninstallation at Finkbiner Park in the amount of $201,397 for a total contract amount not to\nexceed $1,332,144; 3. Approve the appropriation of $410,000 from Fund 321 Capital\nImprovement to the Finkbiner Park Improvement Project; and 4. Authorize the City Manager or\nhis designee to execute the amendment agreement with DD Systems, Inc. including minimal\nand/or non-substantive changes.
