RI-6 APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE GATEWAY CITIES\nCOUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GATEWAY CITIES\nLOCAL SOLUTIONS FUND - Staff recommends the City Council approve a professional services\nagreement with Gateway Cities Council of Governments for the implementation of the Gateway\nCities Local Solutions Fund to continue the LCA 4 Homeless Services Liaison program, and\nauthorize the City Manager to sign the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
