8.6 APPROVAL TO EXECUTE ALL PIGGYBACK AGREEMENTS RELATED TO SOLAR POWER\nPROJECT AT FOUR TOWN FACILITIES\nAuthorize the Town Manager to execute all piggyback agreements for behind the meter, grid interconnected, canopy mounted\nsolar at Town Hall, the Police Department Headquarters, Animal Services, and the Apple Valley Golf Course Clubhouse and to\napprove any non-substantive changes to those agreements, including but not limited to system sizes and Power Purchase\nAgreement rates up to the maximum amounts authorized in the agreements.
