10.2 APPROVAL TO INCREASE MONTHLY CAFETERIA BENEFIT ALLOWANCE FOR HEALTH\nPREMIUMS\nThat the Town Council approve staff recommendation to increase the total maximum cafeteria benefit allowance for premiums\nfor insurance coverage from $760 to $1,110 per month to adjust for the rising cost of health plan premiums as well as add an\nadditional $100 per month bilingual pay benefit for eligible employees.
