Find the proposed adoption of Ordinance No. 568 is not subject to and is exempt from CEQA based upon a finding that,\nunder section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines, it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the\nproposed amendment may have a significant effect on the environment.\nB. Move to waive the reading of Ordinance No. 568 in its entirety and read by title only.\nC. Move to introduce Ordinance No. 568 amending Section 6.20.250 of the Apple Valley Municipal Code relating to the\nplacement, use, and regular service of trash bins/dumpsters.
