11. 2024 LEGISLATIVE PLATFORM AND LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM UPDATE – 1) Adoption of a resolution\napproving the City of Carlsbad 2024 Legislative Platform; and\n2) Direct staff to advocate for five potential city-sponsored state legislative proposals and for federal,\nstate and county funding for specified city projects; and\n3) Receive reports on state and federal legislative and budget activity and recent and ongoing advocacy\nefforts and provide feedback to staff as desired.
