REORGANIZATION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND CMWD BOARD, ELECTION OF MAYOR PRO TEMPORE\nAND BOARD PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT, REGIONAL COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS AND\nSUBCOMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS – 1) Adoption of a resolution appointing one member of the City\nCouncil to serve as Mayor Pro Tempore for a term ending in December 2024; and\n2) Adoption of a Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board resolution appointing one member of the\nBoard of Directors to serve as President of the Board and one member to serve as Vice President of\nthe Board for a term ending in December 2024; and\n3) Adoption of a resolution appointing members of the City Council to the San Diego Association of\nGovernments Board of Directors; and\n4) Adoption of a resolution appointing members of the City Council to the San Diego Association of\nGovernments Shoreline Preservation Working Group; and\n5) Adoption of a resolution appointing members of the City Council to the North County Transit District\nBoard of Directors; and\n6) Adoption of a Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board resolution confirming the Board President’s\nappointment of a Board Member to the San Diego County Water Authority Board of Directors; and\n7) Adoption of a resolution appointing members of the City Council to the Clean Energy Alliance Joint\nPowers Authority Board of Directors; and\n8) Adoption of a resolution confirming the mayoral appointments to the various regional committee\nassignments, as reflected in Attachment A; and\n9) Adoption of a resolution confirming the mayoral appointments of members of the City Council to\nthe Economic Development Subcommittee.
