O-23-1409 (SECOND READING)\nADDING MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 23.05.03 REGARDING\nDEVELOPMENT STANDARDS AND OBJECTIVE DESIGN STANDARDS\nFOR MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN THE\nHISTORICAL AND CULTURAL ZONE\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council adopt Ordinance No. O-23-1409. If\nthe City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation an appropriate motion would\nbe:\n“I move to adopt Ordinance No. O-23-1409, an Ordinance of the San Marino City\nCouncil adding San Marino Municipal Code Section 23.05.03 regarding development\nstandards and objective design standards for multi-family residential development\nprojects in the Historical and Cultural Zone.”
